With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and over 15 years of industry experience under his belt, Justin Esgar has combined his eclectic tech interests under the Virtua Consulting umbrella. Taking the lead is Virtua Computers, an Apple-certified consultancy he founded in 2008 that has grown into one of the top-ranked Apple consultants in New York City. Virtua specializes in helping small- and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations analyze, design, and install technology solutions.

As president of Virtua Computers, Lauren Antia leads business operations and works closely with CEO Justin Esgar to develop new business strategies. She also oversees Virtua Computers’ departmental managers, collaborating with them to create new processes that streamline both internal procedures and customer-facing experiences. Previously, Lauren served as Virtua Computers’ Manager of Operational Experience, a position that helped lay the foundation for her current efforts to foster growth. Lauren resides in New York’s Hudson Valley with her husband, teenage daughter, and dog

A Columbia native and University of Missouri graduate, Jonathan provided higher-education development services for Apple before starting Gravity. With a background in education, Jonathan excels in problem solving, one-on-one communication, training and instruction. He claims to be the inspiration for the Steve McQueen E! True Hollywood Story.

Originally from Southeast Missouri, Justin Gross ensures that the repair shop runs at peak efficiency and professionality. When he is not working, he can be found somewhere outside, most likely at a state or national park or at home, tinkering with devices. His background is originally in Audio Engineering with an emphasis on Live Sound due to his childhood being a roadie for his family’s country western band.

Born and raised around Columbia, Joshua Paquin is our resident Video Game and Anime guru. Fixing tricky Mac issues is his specialty. When he is not breathing new life into nearly dead Macs, Josh is probably watching football or trying to find a new video game to get sucked into.
