With access to genuine Apple parts, tools, training, service guides, and diagnostics, we can ensure that your device is repaired to the highest standard. Working with an AASP, such as Gravity means your devices will be repaired faster. Most devices are allowed by Apple to be fixed on-site, meaning they never leave our shop. Of course there is an occasional mail-in (or something Apple requires to send to them like an iPad). iPhones, and all Mac devices can be fixed right here in our store meaning you'll be reunited right away.

Apple only provides Apple Authorized Service providers genuine parts. This means anything we repair for you is directly from Apple. No third-party parts are used on in-warranty repairs. Those parts are not for resale either, which means we are the only location in all of Columbia, that has access to them! For out-of-warranty, if there is a third-party option (such as a hard drive), we will review those options with you.
